Gregory W. Smith accused of getting sex, cocaine & gifts from subordinates

The report claimed Gregory W. Smith steered government contracts to a consulting business that was employing him part-time. That would be a conflict of interest.
The report alleged that ten named Government workers handling oil royalties engaged in sex with employees of energy companies they were dealing with and received gifts from them. Gregory W. Smith was one of the ten people named.
Gregory W. Smith was contacted by e-mail by The Associated Press. The newspaper wrote that Gregory W. Smith claimed he had not read the report and could not respond.
