Gregory Maguire, the writer of “Wicked”, was featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show. Maguire and his gay partner, Andy Newman, a painter, were interviewed on Oprah.

Maguire and Newman chatted about fatherhood. Newman and Maguire married in 2004 in Massachusetts and live in Concord, Mass. Newman and Maguire have 3 adopted children; 2 sons from Cambodia and a daughter from Guatemala.
