Greg McMackin, a football coach in Hawaii, has used a homosexual slur when he described a dance performed by Notre Dame footballers. McMackin was at a banquet for the teams’ meeting in the 2008 Hawaii Bowl when he used the term.

McMackin thought that the males doing the dance were doing a “little f—– dance” for Hawaii. Fighting Irish, warriors and other teams were present at the meeting.

Greg McMackin has apologized and the storm in the tea cup has almost blown over.
