Sep 26 2010: Greg Giraldo took an overdose of some drug but it was an accident. Giraldo was sent to hospital on Sat, Sep 25. Giraldo did not try to commit suicide as he genuinely made a mistake. Giraldo overdosed on his prescription pills by mistake.
Giraldo’s friend found him and he was sent to a hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
On Sep 29 2010, news reports said Greg Giraldo had passed away.

Greg Giraldo, Jerry Seinfield and Gwyneth Paltrow are guest celebrity panelists in The Marriage Ref.
Jerry Seinfield and Greg Giraldo were cracking inside jokes on Bones Rodriguez, saying he was gay. Seinfield eventually couldn’t take the suspense any longer and went ahead to ask Rodriguez himself. It didn’t help that his name was Bones.
Bones Rodriguez gave as good as he got, turning the tables on Seinfield. Rodriguez suggested Greg Giraldo was kind of effeminate.
This episode of The Marriage Ref had more jokes as usual as Greg Giraldo was a comedian who loved to crack jokes. Gwyneth Paltrow was almost left out as she tried to remain sensible when her two colleagues kind of lost it.
