Wayne Rooney, 22, has earned England 42 caps but he can’t sing the National anthem. It isn’t because he isn’t patriotic. It is because he hasn’t memorized the words. He is making amends. He has accepted the Royal Society of St George’s offer to teach him how to sing “God Save The Queen.”
