Glen Wade, Darnell McPherson, William Anderson: Wade shot McPherson & Anderson
By Therese Lisieux on June 16th, 2009There was a shooting at the Potomac and Rapphannock Transportation Commission, (PRTC), in Woodbridge, north Virginia, on Monday morning, June 15.
Glen Kinard Wade, 40, of Woodbridge, was been arrested. Wade is a suspect in the shooting of Darnell McPherson, a bus driver. Another bus company employee was also shot.
Wade and McPherson had a fight and Wade drew his weapon at 11 am, Monday, June 15. Darnell McPherson, 32, and William Anderson, 34, the other worker, were killed by gunfire. A handgun was found at the scene. McPherson was from Dale City while Anderson was from Woodbridge.
Police searched extensively for Glen Kinard Wade, 40. The buses in PRTC were searched and this disrupted the bus service. The commuters who used the buses experienced a long delay before they could get their buses.
Wade surrendered himself on Monday night. Wade was charged with murder and detained with bond. Wade will next appear in court on September 15.
Police are investigating the cause of the fight and trying to get other information.
