Three men were accused of making sex videos that resembled those from “Girls Gone Wild.” Joe Francis, the founder of an adult entertainment company, used the trademark label, “Girls Gone Wild” to make videos and print material and market them under the “Girls Gone Wild” label.

These three men used similar ideas and posted their videos on a website called “Hot Girls Unleashed.”
Ian Walston, 31, Bryan Clark Christensen, 22, and David Atiquallah Khwaja, 23, were arrested and charged with two counts of third degree felony charges. The men are from Utah but will be extradited to Louisiana to face sex crime charges. The men were not granted bail conditions.

Ian Walston’s lawyer said he was not around when his friends, Bryan Clark Christensen and David Atiquallah Khwaja videotaped under-aged girls having sex inside Mrs. Walston’s RV. Ian Walston had borrowed his mother’s RV on a trip. Walston’s lawyer claimed he was unaware and did not participate in the illegal sex crimes. This case is still under investigation as the authorities have not fully gone through the details involved in the allegations against the three men.
