Joshua Walter, a model for Hugo Boss, moonlighted as a robber. On Thursday, July 16, Joshua Walter was arrested for participating in several robberies in NYC.

Joshua Walter’s earlier brush with fame, or notoriety, occurred when he was 17 and sexually involved with his teacher, Gina Salamino, 37.

Joshua Walter and three others have confessed to robbing more than 15 gas stations, 7-11 stores, and vegetable and fruit markets. Walter’s crime spree began on June 14 and ended July 12. Walter and his fellow conspirators were charged with robbery and criminal possession of a firearm.

The others arrested in connection with the robberies were Lamont Adams, 33, Willie Winston, 30, and James Young, 29.

Walter lives with Salamino.

Gina Salamino, 37, was a school teacher until she got fired. Salamino was fired for having a sexual relationship with a teen, 19, a model. Salamino argued that she should have her job back because her boyfriend Joshua Walter was not a student when he was working as a model 3 years ago.

Salamino was 34 when Joshua Walter was with her. Salamino and Walter live in Queens and they have a child together. Walter was enrolled in school but hardly attended as he was away working at his modeling job. Walter met Salamino when he was 12 and probably started seeing her when he was 16.
