Gerald L Smith has been found dead in the Wabash River in Vincennes on Friday, May 8. Smith’s body carried his wallet and ID which confirmed his identity. Police are investigating Smith’s death.

Gerald Smith was a student majoring in insurance and risk management studies. Smith was last seen alive last Friday, May 1, 12:40 am. His professor offered him a ride home but Smith refused.
