George Hamilton wants freebies with condo purchase

George Hamilton will buy a new condo on Wilshire Blvd if the seller’s wife, who owns Tutu Bakery, provides him with 12 free cookies monthly for a year after closing the sale. The seller’s agent, Coco Clayman-Cook, has revealed this to TMZ.
