George Francis, the oldest man in USA, has died. George Francis died at the age of 112 and 204 days. George Francis’ son, Anthony Francis, 81, said his father died on Sat., Dec. 27. George Francis died of congestive heart failure. Francis was at a nursing home in Sacramento. George Francis is survived by his son, Anthony Francis. The other surviving members of the Francis family were not mentioned by the press.

George Francis was born on June 6, in 1896, in New Orleans. Francis celebrated his 112th birthday on June 6, 2008. The video on Francis showed him at his daughter’s 70th birthday in June 2002.

George Francis outlived his only wife, Josephine Johnson Francis, who died at 63 in 1964.
