A woman driver (Genine Compton) was breastfeeding, talking on her cell phone and driving. Compton was around the Dayton suburb of Kettering.

A caller tipped off police that he saw a woman (Genine Compton) breastfeeding while driving Thursday Feb 26.

Police tracked down Genine Compton, 39, using her license plate. Compton admitted breastfeeding while driving but she said in her defense that she could not let her child go hungry. Police said her child was below the age of 2.

Genine Compton was charged with child endangering. Police said Compton may be convicted of the misdemeanor. Genine Compton (news link) faces 180 days in jail and a fine of $1800 if she is convicted.
