Gemase Simmons was accused of exploiting some people with promises of a fake reality TV show. Simmons was later arrested on numerous arrest warrants.

Simmons explained he intended to produce a reality show but failed to attract sponsors. Simmons apologized for disappointments and vendors who were unpaid. Simmons responded to allegations that he engaged in sexually improper behaviour. Simmons said the contestants asked him to be present during their body waxing session.

Simmons acknowledged a woman spent the night at his apartment in San Antonio. However, he implied that was consensual. Simmons denied he promised her a job modelling with Juicy Couture.
