Gayatri Devi, the former princess of Cooch Behar, died on Wednesday, July 29. Gayatri Devi passed away at the age of 90. Previously, Gayatri Devi experienced gastric problems while she was in London. Ms Devi asked to return to India and she was flown by air ambulance back. Ms Devi was admitted to the Santokba Durlabhji Memorial Hospital (SDMH) in Jaipur, on July 17.

Gayatri Devi was once considered one of the world’s most beautiful women. Gayatri Devi was held the title of the maharani of Jaipur.
