Gary Tendler, 35, was formerly working at the ABN Amro’s headquarters in London, before he was arrested. Gary Tendler has been accused of sexually molesting a girl, a minor, 15.

Gary Tendler is a married man with two children. Tendler admitted having a sexual relationship with the girl but he said she told him she was 16 years old. That would be above the age of legal consent in the UK. Moreover, Tendler said he did not have full intercourse with the girl.

The girl testified in Snaresbrook Crown Court she was used and treated like a sex object by Tendler, who had deceived her by saying he had separated from his wife. The court heard arguments from both the plaintiff and the defendant. The long story is at the link.
