What happened to Gabriela Pochinka? Pochinka has been accused of diva behavior. Gabriela Pochinka has been summoned to court on Friday, October 23. Pochinka was accused of a shoving and shouting match on Nice Matin, a restaurant manager of a cafe in NY.

Pochinka was at the restaurant when she made a loud telephone call. The manager, Matin, asked her to tone down.

Pochinka shouted at Matin, shoved him and refused to pay her restaurant bill. Pochinka’s business manager denied that she was violent. William Kitainik told the press that Pochinka was a peaceful person.
