Pinto, a relatively new actress in India, now earns more than the veterans like Aishwarya Rai Bachan, Kareena Kapoor and Katrina Kaif.

Estee Lauder is allegedly in negotiations with Freida Pinto. Estee may be thinking of replacing Gwyneth Paltrow with Pinto. A contract with the cosmetics brand awards $1 million British pounds per year. Paltrow may have reason to feel threatened by being upstaged by a younger and hotter actress.

Freida Pinto has good roles lined up for her. Directors like Woody Allen and Julian Schnabel have hired Pinto to be their leading lady in movies.

Freida Pinto, 25, is now dating Dev Patel, 19, her former co-star in Slumdog Millionaire.
