Frederick V. Griffin killed Frank McNaught

Frederick V. Griffin, 29, reversed his car and killed Frank McNaught, a motorcyclist. Judge Elizabeth Sexton set a bond of $750,000.


Initially, Frederick Griffin’s car rear ended Frank MacNaught’s motorbike on Sunday, July 27, 2008. Frank MacNaught wanted Griffin to stop and wait for police to arrive but Griffin drove away. Frank MacNaught followed him and tried to talk to Griffin again but Griffin reversed his car into MacNaught and killed him.
Judge Elizabeth Sexton charged Griffin with reckless homicide and set him a high bail.
