Fred Milani is selling his White House replica for $10 million. Milani built his scaled down version of the White House in Atlanta, Georgia. Milani said his architect designed and built his White House replica 7 years ago. Milani is now forced to sell his House due to the economic crunch and downturn.

Fred Milani has some neighbors who like his White House. Other neighbors hate the constant flock of tourists in the neighborhood. Tourists like to stop and take pictures of Atlanta’s White House imitation.
