By Clarencia Cynrae on April 14th, 2009Franz C Fajardo, 39, was arrested for sending a girl, 13, sexually explicit text messages. Fajardo was busted after the girl’s family told police about his sexting.
Fajardo worked as a school counselor and basketball coach in Saville Middle School, in Las Vegas. Fajardo was slapped with charges alleging he was lewd with a minor and that he used technology to lure a minor.
The girl’s mother knew her daughter was texting Fajardo and she confronted him. Fajardo told her their relationship was not physical. Fajardo told her he would wait until the girl turned 18 before developing the relationship. Fajardo’s wife contacted the mother and shared some text messages her husband sent to the girl. It appeared the messages were sexting and had references to physical acts.
Police have spoken to the girl. She told them she and Fajardo had kissed numerous times in his office in school. The girl said they were waiting until she turned 16 before sharing sexual intimacy. Investigators spoke to Fajardo, who agreed to surrender to the authorities.

It’s cruel! The man was only accussed and not yet convicted. We all make mistakes, however as i read on the news the girl thought she was his girlfriend and she has been sexting too (read the news-his wife forwarded some of the girl’s text messages to her parents) Spare the man’s feeling too! i bet he’s now a broken man. He also has a family & new born baby. He must have a side of his own story…I also think its a media overkill.

He broke one of the most important roles in school, a trusting counselor! He deserved what he got sentenced to and it is not cruel. He had a Daughter in 6th grade and a new born baby. He should have thought about the consequences, but he didn’t. It is his fault, the girl was young and did not know better, he did.

yuck i was on basketball team with him and her the first year she came to saville he was so nice then now he a creep and her im very suprised we were close and she was innocent bu tnow she changed
