Frank White, a police officer from San Diego, was the victim of a road rage incident on March 15 2008. The other driver, Rachel Silva, nearly collided with his car. Rachel Silva then showed road rage and tailed Frank White’s car.

Her car sideswiped Frank White’s SUV as she reversed past his car. Frank White then used his gun to fire. Rachel Silva was shot twice in her arm and her son was hit once in his knee.

Rachel Silva was discovered to have had her blood alcohol level almost twice the legal limit. She had her son in her car. Rachel Silva was charged with felony child endangerment and misdemeanor drunken driving and marijuana possession.

Frank White had his arraignment. His wife, Jacquellyn White was with him. His police department will use around 90 days to investigate this shooting and then determine if he would still be hired as a police officer.
