Frank Cornish IV (Frank Cornish the fourth) passed away in his sleep. Frank Cornish died at his home in Southlake, on Friday night, August 22. Frank Cornish was 40 years old.

Frank Cornish, who was an offensive lineman, had played for 5 different NFL teams, from 1990 to around 1996/1997. Frank Cornish left behind his wife, Robin Cornish, 3 daughters and 2 sons. His funeral arrangements were unknown.
