Fitzgerald Phillips & Calysse Perkins: Phillips, Perkins found dead (photos)

Kenneth Barnes, 22, was booked with aggravated kidnapping, possession of stolen items and related crimes. Police found some stolen items from Perkins and Phillips in Barnes’ possession.

Fitzgerald Phillips and Calysse Perkins, both 19, are missing in New Orleans. One member of the family has received a demand for ransom. It was suspected that Phillips and Perkins were kidnapped.
Phillips and Perkins were forced to drive away with two men after they robbed their apartment. The robbers stole items from the home and used Phillips’ car to drive away with the teens.
A witness told police the robbers/kidnappers were at the apartment at around 2:30 am Sunday, April 19.
Phillips’ car was found abandoned in a neighborhood. Police are searching intensively for the teens.
