Texas State wants to remove the child bride, 14, of Warren Jeffs, from her mother because the mother refused o guarantee the girl won’t get involved with men being accused of underage marriages.

The girl said that she believed the Heavenly Father told Warren Jeffs when a girl was ready to get married and thus, a teen marrying an older man could not be a crime.

Carolyn Jessop, a woman who escaped from this girl’s father, was expected to testify at the trial brought by the Texas State. Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, FLDS, insisted that there was no abuse to justify Texas’ Child Protection Service (CPS) to ask for custody of the children again.
