Faith Mwampe, 9 months old, has feet of a parasitic twin protruding from her buttocks. Faith Mwampe, of Zambia, will have surgical removal of the feet. Mercy Lenganji, the mother of Faith Mwampe, had been expecting twins when a scan showed two fetuses.

Faith Mwampe will have a 5 hour surgery. The operation is risky but necessary for the baby to grow, walk and lead a normal life.
