Faith Hill said she felt better at 41 than when she was a teen. Hill said she could bend in places where she could not when younger. Faith Hill attributed her flexibility to Pilates. Hill does Pilates thrice weekly. Faith Hill admitted her exercise schedule was punishing but said it was worth it. Faith Hill, being modest, said she posed in Shape magazine as a 41th birthday present to herself.
