Nicholas Grunke, Alex Grunke & Dustin Radke decided to dig up her body to commit necrophilia with Laura Tennessen.

Nicholas Grunke & Dustin Radke went to the grave to start digging while Alex Grunke at one point, was caught by a police patrol who noticed their car parked in the area of the cemetery.

As Wisconsin did not have laws prohibiting necrphilia, Nicholas Grunke, Alex Grunke & Dustin Radke were uncharged, according to a lower court’s ruling. A state law maker then campaigned for a new law banning necrophilia. Sex with a corpse is illegal because the corpse could not give consent.

Nicholas Grunke, Alex Grunke & Dustin Radke are all young men of 22 years old. They face up to a maximum of 10 years’ imprisonment each for sexual assault on a corpse.

Laura Tennessen extended her hand from her grave and Nicholas Grunke, Alex Grunke & Dustin Radke were caught by the police.
