Lifetime Television film has a dramatic movie called “Fab Five: The Texas Cheerleader Scandal.” “Fab Five: The Texas Cheerleader Scandal” has celebrity actress Tatum O’Neal in it. “Fab Five: The Texas Cheerleader Scandal” is based on a true event in a high school in McKinney, Texas, in 2006.


“Fab Five: The Texas Cheerleader Scandal” also stars Jenna Dewan as Emma and Ashley Benson as Brooke.

The true story of the Texas Cheerleader Scandal:

Wanda Holloway was a mother whose daughter was in the cheerleader team. Wanda Holloway tried to put out a hit and hire killers on one of her daughter’s classmates. Wanda Holloway’s motive was to advance her daughter’s school ambition as a cheerleader. Wanda Holloway also put the hit on the rival girl’s mother.

Wanda Holloway was nicknamed as the Texas Cheerleader Murderer Mom. Holloway alleged Holloway has been the muse of two TV movies.

One of the movies was called “The Positively True Adventures of the Alleged Texas Cheerleader Murdering Mom”. The actress chosen to portray Holloway was Holly Hunter.

The other TV movie was “Willing To Kill: The Texas Cheerleader Story”.

Anne McDonald Maier wrote “Mother Love Deadly Love”, which was the story about Wanda Holloway.

Wanda Holloway served 6 months of a 10 year prison sentence. Holloway was freed on March 1, 1997. Holloway served the balance 9.5 years on probation. Holloway also served 1000 hours community service.
