Ethan Ruan was not with his girlfriend, Tiffany Hsu, but with a man. Ruan was asked to comment and he said “That’s impossible.” So, was the photo faked? (Unlikely)
Ethan Ruan identified the man in the pictures as his hairdresser Mark. Ruan and Mark are house mates. Ruan said he could not recall if Mark and himself held hands.
