Esmin Green was at the psychiatric emergency room, Kings County Hospital, of Brooklyn on June 19, 2008. Esmin Green was lying face down on the floor. Staff and security guards apparently did not think anything was amiss.

They assumed psychiatric patients laid down on the floor everyday. Green had been dead for some time before her death was discovered.

Hospital staff are being investigated to determine if they doctored reports to cover up the neglect of Esmine Green in the ER.

Esmine Green’s case is not the only odd case in Kings County Hospital psychic ward.
