Ernesto Suncar once weighed 640 pounds and wore size 10X shirts. Suncar, 33, had a 70 inch waist and given less than 12 months to live by his doctors. Suncar went for a gastric bypass and lost more than 400 pounds.  Ernesto Suncar used to be the Half Ton Man and the World’s Fattest Man. Now, Suncar maintains his weight.

Suncar blamed the cold climate for not exercising outdoors. After he had his gastric bypass, Suncar lost weight, started a healthy diet and exercising at the gym. Ernesto Suncar (photos there) said he kept some of his old, huge clothes to remind him of the past.
