Erika Roman: Power 95.3 Erika Roman died (photo/ video)
By Clarencia Cynrae on May 1st, 2009Erika Roman, a radio host in Power 95.3, in Orlando, has died. Roman died after a car accident on Florida’s Turnpike. Roman met an accident at 1:30 pm on Friday, May 1.
Erika Roman swerved her car to avoid some debris on the road. Reports said it was a boat lounge chair. It might have fallen from from a moving vehicle and got left behind in the middle of the road. Authorities are trying to determine the ownership of the chair.
Roman tried to avoid the debris and lost control of her car. She went over the safety guard rail. Roman was inside her car when it rolled down the embankment into the canal. Rescuers dove into the canal and brought Roman out of her car. They determined Roman was wearing her seat belt. Florida State Troopers performed CPR on Roman before she was sent to hospital. Roman died in hospital.
Power 95.3 has announced Erika Roman’s passing.

Like damn,I didn’t know this ’till last night,when everyone was saying R.I.P & stuff. I couldn’t even believe that she actually died,I still can’t even believe it…It happened so fast & unexpectedly.

Wow Im floored.I tuned in evry morning. Her personality and her friendly happy-go-lucky voice made my mornings and put a smile on my face. She will b greatly missed.Obee and Lil Shawn continue doing ur thang in her memory 4 da fans. We love You.

Gonna miss you, I know you were coming to Miami too. Was coming as well. Was hoping in seeing my old friend but, I guess we will always be in each others hearts, mind and thoughts. I will have a drink in memories of you.

Dam I still can believe your gone to think just months ago we where talking about what type of layout you wanted to go with for your freestyle nights at club Tabu. You where a great person and will be missed R.I.P Erika Roman.
