Erik von Brunn, the son of James von Brunn, has stepped forward to condemn his father’s actions. Brunn Jr said his family suffered because of his father’s racist and anti-Semitic opinions. Brunn offered a tribute to Stephen Jones, the guard who was gunned by his father.

James von Brunn is still in a critical condition after being shot in the face by other security guards at the entrance of the Holocaust Museum in Washington, DC.

Stephen Jones’ mother, Jacqueline Carter, 60, mourned the passing of her son. Ms Carter’s photo is here.

Jones’ wife, Zakiah Jones, declared she had lost her best friend. Mrs Jones expressed her love for her husband, with whom she had shared unconditional love.
