Joseph Pabon, 26, a freight lift operator, is a person of interest in police investigations. Joseph Pabon told reporters he was innocent. Pabon has a girlfriend, Lisa Blumenberg. In April 2009, Pabon was arrested for allegedly assaulting Blumenberg. It was alleged that Pabon was drunk at the time of the alleged assault. Pabon also threw a bowling ball through Blumenberg’s car windows.

Pabon’s alibi for getting off work earlier than what he was supposed to clock off was that he needed to visit the hospital to treat scratches on his arms. How did he get the scratches? The hospital had no record of Pabon having gone there.

Police obtained a search warrant to get items from Pabon. They want to look for clues.

Eridania “Iris” Rodriguez was found dead, tied up like a hog, and her mouth was taped shut.

Eridania Rodriguez may have been found dead. Police searching the office tower found a corpse stuffed into the air conditioning duct unit of a utility room. The coroner has yet to positively identify the body as belonging to Eridania Rodriguez but police think they have found her.

A sour smell lead investigators to check the empty 12th floor of the building. That was when they found a body stuffed into the air duct of the air-conditioning unit in a utility room.

Police searching the building since Wednesday, July 8, have been questioning a few people who work in the building.

The medical examiner was at the scene, trying to determine how Eridania Rodriguez may have died. Police suspect Rodriguez was murdered.

Eridania Rodriguez, 46, disappeared from a Manhattan skyscraper. Rodriguez punched in at 5 pm, on Tuesday, July 7, at 2 Rector Street. Rodriguez was last seen on camera at 7 pm.

After that, Rodriguez simply vanished from sight. She never got her purse and street clothes from her locker so it was assumed she never left the building.

Security at the office tower is tight. Her family said Rodriguez complained to them about a guy at the building who made her nervous.

Rodriguz is married and has children. Her brother is the famous Victor Martinez, a professional body builder.

Police have searched the building but found nothing.
