Eric Rodriguez has been convicted of killing Angelia Headrick in Jan 2007. Eric Rodriguez and another two men tricked Headrick to enter an apartment, where they robbed her money and drugs. The men then killed Headrick.

On Tuesday, September 8, the jury will give their decision on whether they recommend the death penalty for Eric Rodriguez.

Angelia Headrick was a cheerleader in her school and only 17 when she was murdered in Jan 2007.

Rodriguez and the other two men placed Headrick’s corpse in a car’s trunk and set the vehicle ablaze. One of the other two men has accepted a plea deal to testify against the other two. The third man will stand trial at a later date.
