Emily Leatherman, who is accused of stalking John Cusack, pleaded no contest to a charge of stalking Cusack. This deal will spare Leatherman any jail time. Emily Leatherman gets 5 years probation, compulsory psychiatric counseling. Leatherman has to stay away from Cusack’s homes and businesses for the next 10 years.

Emily Leatherman told the court she wanted help from Cusack. Leatherman was arrested in March 2008 and she has been in jail ever since.
