Elgin Nathan James, an alleged street gang leader, was arrested in LA. James was accused of extorting $5000 from a recording artist in Chicago. James was arrested on Monday, July 13. James was charged with attempted extortion which allegedly happened in 2005.

The state prosecutors claim James is a member and leader of FSU. The FSU allegedly uses violence to extort money from punk rock performers.
