Anthony Ottaviano, 40, a New York lawyer, has been killed by his fetish model girlfriend’s stalker. Ottaviano, a known regular of Sex and Masochism parties, was sending his girlfriend, Edythe Maa, home when David Krieg, 42, killed him David Krieg then kidnapped Edythe Maa.

Edythe Maa works as a fetish model under the pseudonym, Jade Vixien. Jade Vixien maintained a blog where she touted her assets.

David Krieg was an admirer and client of Jade Vixien/ Edythe Maa. Krieg had been allegedly stalking Maa. Maa told Ottaviano and he told her to get a restraining order but she did not do so.

David Krieg was waiting for Edythe Maa and he was consumed by his passions when he saw Anthony Ottaviano with her. Krieg shot Ottaviano and kidnapped Maa. Krieg and Maa were in his car traveling for hours before Edythe Maa managed to persuade him to drop her off at his relative’s house in Pennsylvania.

Edythe Maa called police, who found Krieg and forced him to stop a car park outside a restaurant. David Kreig threatened to kill himself with his gun. Police tried to negotiate with him but Krieg held his gun to his head and pulled the trigger.
