Edward W Nottingham: Nottingham resigned, misconduct claims

Edward W. Nottingham, the chief federal district judge in Colorado is resigning. Edward Nottingham is accused of misconduct. An ex prostitute told a TV station in Denver that Judge Edward W Nottingham asked her to tell lies to federal investigators.

A different complaint from another person said Judge Nottingham surfed adult websites on his government computer in his chambers. Nottingham’s resignation falls on Oct. 29. Judge Wiley Y. Daniel will take over Nottingham’s place.
