Edward Givens, 28, accused Braylon Edwards of assaulting him Monday morning, October 5. Givens claimed Edwards punched him outside a nightclub in Cleveland.

Sources who knew about the incident named Edward Givens as the man who accused Braylon Edwards, a player with the Cleveland Browns, of assault.

Givens said Edwards targeted him because of some personal issue with LeBron (LeBron James?). Givens said he had no quarrel with Edwards prior to this incident.
