Edward Eugene Harper, 62, of Mississippi, was charged 14 years ago for sexual battery, child fondling and conspiracy to commit sexual battery. FBI has added Edward Eugene Harper to their list of Ten Most Wanted Fugitives List.

Edward Harper has been a fugitive for 14 years. Harper has been suspected of sexually assaulting 2 girls, ages 3 and 8. Investigators suspect Edward Harper may return to Montana. Harper had worked in Montana as a truck driver and he was a member of the Montana Freeman. Edward Harper also worked as a ranch hand in Montana and Wyoming. FBI has a reward of up to $100,000 for information that could lead to the arrest of Edward Harper.
