The Dark Knight will not be screened in China. Edison Chen, a Hong Kong actor and singer, had a brief appearance in The Dark Knight. Edison Chen had a photo scandal when his computer repair technician stole his sexy pictures of undressed women.The sexy photos were then leaked online.

The rumors said there were so many women and photos that there were few show biz female personalities who were not involved in Edison Chen’s photo archives. Hong Kong was shown in The Dark Knight as a place where a criminal was nabbed. The Chinese government in mainland China usually objects to unsavory portrayals of China and Chinese nationals.
