Hawes Township in Michigan had a man shoot three people at a home. The shooter, a man, Edgar Wendt, 78 years old, then committed suicide.

It was not established how Edgar Wendt was related to the people he shot. Police do not know Wendt’s motive.

The three people were sent to hospital but one has died. A woman, 34, was shot. Her son, 16, was wounded. A man, 70, was shot. Police have not released any names. The deceased’s gender and name was not made known.
