Dave Kuchinsky, Eddy Curry’s driver, is suing him. Kuchinsky alleged he suffered sexual harassment and failure to receive payment in his lawsuit. Kuchinsky claimed Ed Curry owed him $68000 in back wages and $25000 for charges made on Kuchinsky’s credit card. Kuchinsky alleged Ed Curry dropped his pants and sexually harassed him with sexually explicit comments.

Eddy Curry is married and has 4 children. Kuchinsky worked for him 3 years until Oct. 2008. Eddy Curry said somethings that suggested Kuchinsky wanted 2 months salary in lieu of being dismissed from his job.
