Ed McMahon sued by Westmore Lending
By Clarencia Cynrae on August 12th, 2008Westmore Lending loaned Ed McMahon $250,000 in July 2006. Ed McMahon defaulted his payment in Feb. 2007. Westmore Lending claimed that the loan was due on August 2 2007 but it failed to receive payment.
Westmore Lending has sued Ed McMahon for the principal sum of $250,00, plus interest and lawyers’ fees. Ed McMahon’s rep has not made a statement on this matter.
