Earl Simmons, aka DMX gave a false name and Social Security number to Scottsdale’s Mayo Clinic in April 2008. Earl Simmons/ DMX used a fake name, Troy Jones, to avoid paying $7,500 medical bills. DMX was arrested outside a mall in Phoenix, Arizona.

He was booked on the charges of assuming the identity of another person. DMX has been booked into the Maricopa County Jail. DMX was arrested on July 2, June 27, June 23, May 9 and May 7 in 2008.
