Duncan Roy, a contestant in VH1’s “Sex Rehab” show, allegedly attacked David Weintraub. Weintraub is a manager of celebrities. Roy had a bone to pick with Weintraub because the manager allegedly gossiped behind his back.

Weintraub was having lunch with Sean Stewart and Lizzie Grubman when the fight occurred. Police are now investigating the incident at Cecconi’s restaurant in West Hollywood.
