It was a very sad day for Dr Shirley Domingo. Dr Domingo treated a man in the ICU unit of the Honolulu hospital. The man had a mortal head injury and was unrecognizable.

On Tue., Jan 13, Dr Domingo was shocked to learn from her brother that the head wound patient was her father, Damaso Domingo. When Dr Domingo learnt of the tragedy, she was shocked as she had not seen her father since July 2008.

Domingo died on Thur., Jan 15. Damaso Domingo was seen alive in the company of two men. After Domingo was wounded, the men walked away. Police are looking for the suspects.
