Concette Serrano was invited into the home of her daughter’s (Sarah Scazzi) alleged killer, Michele Misseri, and told that Sarah’s body was found. A TV crew was filming the incident. Misseri wasn’t at home because he was being interviewed at a police station.
Chi l’ha Visto, a show about missing persons, wanted to tape live Concetta Serrano’s reaction upon discovering her daughter was killed by her brother-in-law. Serrano was shocked and mumbled that she thought Misseri was innocent.
A body suspected to belong to Sarah Scazzi, 15, was found inside a cistern, in Puglia. Police in Italy are waiting for the results of a DNA test to confirm the death of Sarah Scazzi.
Scazzi went missing in August 26, 2010, when she went to her uncle Michele Misseri’s home. Scazzi had arranged to meet her cousin there and go to the beach together. Scazzi was last seen at Misseri’s home.
Misseri aroused suspicions from police when he handed them a burned cell phone. Misseri claimed he found the phone while he was raking and burning leaves in his garden. After questioning, he eventually led police to a spot that was covered with leaves and dirt. From there, police found a body resembling Scazzi’s.
Italian police said Misseri confessed to killing Scazzi by strangulation. Misseri’s alleged motive for murdering Scazzi was due to her jilting his request for sex.
Italian newspapers wrote that Scazzi’s body was sexually abused after death but the Italian TV show omitted to mention this necrophilia.

Dr Daniel Serrano used motor oil to inject his patients. Serrano was arrested and detained by immigration for possible deportation. Serrano had previously treated celebrities like Priscilla Presley.
Serrano was detailed without bond conditions after his arrest by Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Serrano was staying in his friend’s apartment when he was arrested. Serrano was traced.
Daniel Serrano was previously convicted and jailed 15 months for smuggling a non-FDA drug into the US. Serrano used the unsafe substance to inject some Hollywood celebrities. Serrano had passed off the substance as a miracle wrinkle cream. It was silicon to lubricate auto parts.
Serrano was a plastic surgeon in his native Argentina. Serrano was not licensed to practise in the US.
