Dr Alexander Rivkin is a plastic surgeon who specializes in non-surgical nose jobs. Dr Rivkin runs his practice in Los Angeles, Ca. Dr Rivkin said his method involved injecting a filler to correct asymmetries and making a nose look straighter.

Dr Rivkin stressed his procedure does not physically reduce the size of a nose because his technique does not involve surgery. Dr Rivkin said the procedure can be reversed by dissolving the temporary fillers. The procedure can be reversed by adding more filler.

Dr Rivkin said his technique can be used to correct post-surgery issues. Patients who were unhappy with their nose jobs did not want more surgery to get their perfect fits so they chose Dr Rivkin’s procedure.
